I found the staff helpful. The free shuttle to town was very convenient. The hotel offered complimentary bicycle rentals. I used one to explore nearby rice paddies.
The gym could use updated equipment. It only had a few free weights available.

I enjoyed the QUIET atmosphere of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great options and variety. I appreciated the availability of a shuttle service to the city center and the beach.
The smell in the room was a little strange because it was rainy season.

i was charmed by the free bicycle rentals. The bicycles allowed independent exploration of the surroundings. The breakfast buffet had a WIDE variety of options including both western and local dishes! i also enjoyed the complimentary foot massage upon arrival.

The location provided welcome relief from the busy city. The staff was helpful and attentive. My family enjoyed using the pool table. We also received a complimentary foot massage . It was a nice touch.
The air conditioner was not working as expected. It only had a cooling function. I would have liked a warming option because it was humid.
